Hello, Can someone explain to me how these dots were created? The normal studs look completely different than the ones in the picture. Were they perhaps added later?
The molten wax does not dries, it freezes.

the other possibility would be to heat it up only to such an extent that it is melted and lets it pour, but is not hot.
before it is used and – before pouring, the barrel into which is poured must have the same temperature as the wax and may be slightly oiled.
