To make your Facebook profile private and avoid unwanted messages and requests, follow these steps:
* Open Facebook and go to your profile.
* Tap the three points next to "Create Contribution".
* Select "Settings & Privacy" and then "Settings".
* Tap "private sphere" in the left menu.
* Under "Your profile and information" the settings for "Who can see your friends list?" and "Who can find you using your e-mail address?" on "Friends" or "Only I".
* Under "Contributions" place "Who can see your future posts?" on "Friends".
