Hallo, Ich habe Ende April einen Brief von Axactor, einen Inkassobrief erhalten und mit denen eine Ratenzahlung ausgemacht. Ich wollte die erste Rate am 30. Sittenwidriger Kredit was tun?

Guten Tag zusammen. Ich bin meiner Meinung nach an einen sittenwidrigen Kredit gelangt. Ich bin derzeit 20 Jahre alt. 2021 habe ich eine Tätigkeit begonnen, bei der ich zwischen 1.400€ und 1.700€ verdient habe. Ich sollte Einkommensnachweise einreichen, in denen dies zu belegen war. In meinem Kreditvertrag Stande drinnen, dass ich angeblich 1.800€ verdienen würde….

Notifications are reported. That’s why Schufa was founded by the companies years ago.

Warning is negative, completed credit is positive.

You can get copies of your entries for free once a year at the Schufa.

The negative message is only cancelled after 2 years.

Mahnations are usually not forwarded to the Schufa.

And to call Otto a “small company”… oooh
