Hello,

with the hot glue you will damage the foil, the magnets you can apply with any other suitable glue!

There are many from the “Kleberfamilie” of Patex, UHU, etc. it must be suitable for the materials, it is important in all cases to observe the instructions, because some have to be brushed on both sides, “ventilated” and then combined with solid pressure, others are simply coated, joined together and dried. Make it fat free before!

The attaching of the magnets is probably the simple, problems could arise when removing the foil attached thereto, which could tear depending on how strong the magnets are!

Yes, but I would use one that is also explicitly suitable for metal, I use in most cases Pattex-transparent stickers.

I would take normal liquid glue.

metal on laminated is more difficult because both materials are extremely smooth.

make both fat-free and dry and use good assembly adhesive tape.
