When will the stomach and intestines meet again?

Hello:)

My grandma had a stomach bug from Sunday to Tuesday.

Yesterday (Thursday) my sister visited my grandma again.

If I want to visit my sister today, is it possible that she caught the virus yesterday from my grandmother's? Is it possible that I could still get infected if I visit her?

And as for my grandma. When can I visit her again or meet up with her somewhere so that I can't get infected again? Is it possible that she's no longer contagious? After a few days?

Understand your fear of having me on a stomach intestinal virus I have been having for over half a year daily.

Was the toilet cleaned properly?

Otherwise wash hands thoroughly and don’t get in the face so I’ve made it since the latest hope that helps you
