Girls' residential group?
Hello everyone, I have a question
Our son's girlfriend lives in an all-girls group home…
Where he is not allowed in, so no boys at all
Now my question
If boys aren't allowed in there, whether to visit or stay overnight, are men even allowed to work there as carers?
In a supervised girl-living facility, boys have no right to visit and no right to stay there.
It is primarily about protecting these girls.
Can men work as a supervisor?
This is not necessarily counteracting – many such devices also have no male supervisors – this depends on the composition of such a WG.
Men can also work as supervisors and e.g. during an interview, you must not be disadvantaged by your sex. However, as a male maintainer, it may not make so much sense to work there.
