Hello apple cake,

sugar. A not so simple question. Various studies say that sugar stimulates our reward system in the brain and this can lead to a severity. This simply means we eat sugar or Food with sugar rejoices our brain and calls for more. This is the danger. So it becomes unhealthy when we too much Sugar food and then also in the combination with lots of fat.

Hope the answer is helpful for you. But please don’t miss the pleasure of a piece of cake or chocolate. Everything that keeps in mind is okay 🙂

Sugar, like everything else, can be pleasant, satisfying and addictive to the reward center.

Why? Well, the body wants enough calories. And about 99% of humanity’s history was a hard fight.

Therefore, sugar, fat, umami (protein, meat) and others act via the reward center. The body signals, hey super, enough there, no starving. And the opposite, hungergrant, hangry, is the same, the body thinks that what is missing and says it chemically, by hormone.

Today this is a certain problem, because we are very easy to get food.

And the best thing is that those things are addictive, which are about fat, sugar and protein, are actually optimized food, just too good. Chocolate… But also honey milk, only there is at least plenty of water – which on the other hand causes the risk of being perceived as a drink, such as water, and not as high-calorie food.

Hello May, if you worry about your increased sugar needs, I would recommend a nutritional advice. You get a lot of tips. In the meantime, the costs (partially from the KK) are taken over. http://www.therateam.info

Hello someone,

Today we know that sugar activates our reward system and we all like to reward us. In disciplines, it is proven that sweet taste activates the brain’s rewarding centre. The sweetener acts on the reward system of the brain and ensures that more dopamine is spilled out in the brain. In us, these body-specific substances trigger the desire to restore this well-being, in this case caused by the sweet taste. For this reason we probably like to grab candy like chocolate, especially if we are unhappy or stressed.

Are you like that?? Best regards Sabine
