Should be on the packaging.

It makes you fat when you eat too many wrong things a day.

Yeah, it’s thick. Due to the high blood sugar level in the night due to the many sugar in the pudding, fat burning is blocked in sleep.

Two tablespoons of sugar are really much!

1EL smooth = 10g, 1EL skinned = 15g.

Convert grams and spoons to quantities in the recipe?

So you would have taken 20 to 30 g of sugar with the pudding meal (plus milk sugar).

For an average adult (for a calorie intake of 2,000 kcal), 10 energy percent do not correspond to more than 50 grams of sugar per day (approximately 10 teaspoons or 14 pieces of dice sugar). In children, the maximum recommended intake of free sugar – depending on age and sex – is lower.22.12.2022

It makes thick if you take too much calories permanently. Nobody gets fat from a pudding.
