Everything you take to you can make fat if you take more calories than you consume. It does not matter whether the surplus of sweets and fast food comes from vegetables, legumes, fruits, rice, noodles, potatoes, etc.

If you have a calorie surplus, you have a slight calorie deficit, and you can reach a deficit with everything you eat it in some things just the amount.

No haferdrink does not make fat. Besides of course you would drink several litres a day and therefore exceed your calories daily requirement.

Hello no does not make thick but poor because it is sold too expensive, 50Cent would be appropriate, more it is not worth.

Oat milk has less calories than normal milk, but is not healthier.

If you want to take off, you should generally dispense with drinks with calories. It’s just water or the sweetest tea. Except you consciously take a drink instead of a meal.

There are vegan products that contain mega much fat and carbohydrates. This is an illusion to think vegan = lean products = super to lose weight.

Haferdrinks usually have only 15% fat content. I don’t think they’re gonna make it thick.
