Hello,

for a DJ, a mobile computer is a clear advantage when its equipment fits into a briefcase, isn’t it?

Income, join and start within minutes. So it may be. External HDD for hours of musical sprinkling. Or also retrieve via internet if available.

Hello!

Well, that’s up to you.

For example, I like to assemble new computers and also use suitable computers for every application.

If you don’t have money or little space, anyway, you don’t mind if you’re plugging DJ controllers and installing sofware for mixing.

I always separate everything. My DJ computer is designed for “DJ” stuff. Infinitely lots of music, samples, controller, software etc. Other stuff isn’t coming to me and everything’s going steady. I have connected DJ or active studio boxes (KRK) and a USB audio interface.

If you don’t want to do this and also have to save money, you can also take only one computer. Most of them will have “only” a computer and thus do everything.

It depends on your wishes. Laptop and then? Controller, USB audio interface, active boxes, software, headphones? Or just laptop, software and headphones?

Or you’ll set up a little DJ corner.

Would you like to go? Sure. Otherwise, a laptop does not offer you any advantage.

Too little info. Notebook is logically easier to transport and also needs less space at the destination location. For optimal ergonomics, you need at least external keyboard/ mouse.
