Ich kann nichts essen?

Hey, gestern ging es mir wegen einem Vorfall nicht so gut und mir war überhaupt nicht danach etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Am Abend hatte ich nur ein halbes Glas Wasser, mehr nicht. Heute geht es mir etwas besser und ich wollte normal wieder essen, also habe ich mir Brote und Obst zum Frühstück…

Zubereitung in der Pfanne problematisch bei Fettleber?

Hallo Leute, nachdem diese Woche ein Arzt bei mir eine ausgeprägte Fettleber diagnostiziert hat, bin ich gerade auf der Suche nach Rezepten, die ich zubereiten kann, bis ich es mal zu einer Ernährungsberatung schaffe. Klar ist, dass ich auf Pizza und Döner, die ich fast täglich gegessen habe, verzichten muss, bis die Fettleber zurückgebildet ist….

Sonenblumenöl, is really very neutral and suitable for high themperatures. Since it is otherwise suitable for brazing except Margerine and is usually equivalent, I buy more than 0.80 cent more wenriger.
The high-quality oils must be calculated completely differently, as origin and much more make the price. I often buy high-priced.

Financially of course. Not culinary. This is also not quite as cheap as a substitute for extra virgin olive oil.

It’s not expensive for oil. Buy good oil then the price rises significantly \./

Yeah, make a difference!

However, 3,39€ is not expensive!

I usually pay €18 or more for it! o_O

Qualitative are probably identical.

Healthier is rapeseed oil
