The km package is intended for all costs such as fuel, wear, insurance etc.

At a unique 2,000 km you could think about it. Should this be lasting, your employer would take advantage of you if he only paid you the fuel.

If you need to use your own vehicle for service trips, you will be refunded 30 cents per km (not as a tax-free amount). The employer must PAY out. For him these are then operating expenses,

If he doesn’t want to do this, you have to look for another job. You’re being cheated.

The km-Pauschale is only intended for the working path. If you work in the field, other rules apply.

This is cost compensation for the use of your own vehicle. This is rewarded with a package of 30 cents for JEDEN kilometers. For the employer, this is quite normal operating expenses.

Obligated, he is to pay what’s in the contract. If he does not, you can claim the difference as advertising costs. But of course you would be better served with the direct payment.
