MacBook Windows similar app?

Is there a current and reliable program that can help you get a better overview of the Dock?

For example, 1. you can minimize windows by clicking on the icons in the dock once.

2. When you hover your mouse over an icon in the Dock, a preview is shown? For example, if you have multiple tabs open in Google Chrome, you can simply hover over the icon and the tabs are automatically displayed in miniature format, like in Windows?

Apps without subscriptions are welcome, one-time payments of up to €20 would be okay.

(I have the MacBook Pro 2019 with macOS 15.3)

macOS is not Windows. You’re more likely to handle it when you get used to the other service.

1) Windows can either be placed via the menu window in the program or Command-M in the dock.
