Reset MacBook Pro2020?

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro 2020 today

and it used to belong to my brother. I logged out of everywhere and wanted to reset it to factory settings. I then deleted the hard drive using Disk Utility but it is still occupied by '216.89 GB' of other volume. So only 777.77 GB of the 1 TB is free. I click on delete and a window opens with the name: Macintosh HD and the APFS format. But it is still occupied when I delete it. When I then go to MacOS Big Sur and want to inhale this onto the 'empty' Macintosh HD hard drive, the following message appears (see image attached). Can someone please help me?

Are you an administrator?

Don’t know me like that with Apple, but most of the operating systems are the problem of resetting.
