Macbook hat Verbindung zum Wlan aber nicht mit dem Server?
Hallo, mein altes Macbook air von 2011 hat zwar eine Verbindung zum Wlan aber weder Safari noch irgendwelche Dinge von Apple wie App store oder icloud funktionieren und sagen es kann keine Verbindung hergestellt werden. Wenn ich aber Google benutze funktioniert es zum Teil, dass ich das Internet benutzen kann. Bei Seiten wie Youtube steht dann aber, dass mein Browser nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Software Updates gibt es aber keine mehr.
Liegt es einfach daran, dass das Gerät zu alt ist und nicht mehr unterstützt wird? Danke schon mal für jede Antwort

It is very likely that the age of your MacBook Air in combination with missing updates is the reason for the problems. You could try to switch to an alternative browser like Firefox and check the network settings, but it is also possible that you would benefit from a newer device or a newer macOS version in the long term.
The MacBook is 13 years old, the maximum macOS is 10.13.6 from 2017.
Of course, AppStore and Safari are no longer working properly. There are 6-7 years of security updates and certificates.
You could try to install a more recent macOS with OCLP. Whether you get happy with it is another question.
