M2 competition opf delete?

Hey, I have an appointment for an ECE system next week, which is all well and good, but I'm considering having the exhaust removed, although it will still look like it's still in there. The company assured me that the noise would just about come through during an inspection, since they measure it while stationary in start-up mode (comfort). The flap is closed.

Do you think something like that would be noticeable if you drive normally, where you're a bit sporty and have fun outside of town and keep your mouth shut in town?
thank you for the answers

Yeah, it’s falling out. At the latest at the next AU or at the control, as the sound picture changes completely. Then, if necessary, an expert breaks the car.

It’s falling out. A “tuner” who deliberately tries to sell something and talk nicely when the license expires, but everything is not serious. In the smallest detail, the whole is for you: immediate decommissioning on site, costs for an expert who disassembles and checks the car, criminal proceedings for driving with extinguished permit, possibly a procedure for tax evasion. The KFZ groups of the police are now very good to let something fly.

Leave your fingers. As I said, a company that throws something into the room is completely insane
