Dislocation of the last joint of the big toe?

Hello, I have suffered a dislocation of my big toe (bone has partially popped out of the joint)

I've now had surgery to insert a rod to restore my original shape.

Now it's the case that I can't do the last part of my toe (e.g., claws) as well as I can with my healthy toe on the other foot. Now I want to recover and regain mobility. I wanted to ask if anyone else has had a similar experience, or perhaps relatives have. Perhaps you could give me some tips, etc., and perhaps some support. I would be very grateful.

Best regards

I have this on several small toes. This is called claws, the last joint is bent down and cannot be stretched. It could be that the affected joint stays stiff with you through the operation. This is also not bad because you don’t need the last joint to run. I can also run perfectly with my claws. If you have an operation behind you, you should have got a reconnaissance sheet. There is something in there and what side effects there are.
