Lumpy back horse?

Hello, my horse suddenly has a lump on her back (she didn't have it yesterday). Unfortunately, it's hard to see in the picture; it's actually quite a bit bigger. She's not being ridden at the moment, as we just got her and wanted to build up her back muscles first. Unfortunately, she's barely showing any of that. (She's 6 years old now)

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance.

Maybe inappropriate saddle but best ask vet first.

Looks very funny in every case, let a veterinarian look over is very expensive at the moment, but not that is broken at the end of the back

At this point I suspect a displaced vertebrae, e.g. by inappropriate saddle.
