Hi, I have a lump where the arrows point (I once had a "sebum seed" in my ear, it felt the same). Do you think I should see a doctor about it, or is there an explanation? I'm not in pain. Of course, you can't replace a doctor, but maybe someone else knows more. I don't really want to go to the doctor now between the holidays. I'm male, 24.
