That’s normal. This small part is the air mass meter. The cost is 100€. Some are even much more expensive. The plastic case itself doesn’t cost much.
There are cheap air mass meters for 35€ or so. But things do not work because the values do not match the control panel. In short, the cheap air mass meters are not calibrated or tested.
The price for branded products is somewhere justified if no further error is to be included.
100€ is still quite cheap for an air mass meter.
