Lufthansa Flug ohne Personalausweis?

Vielen Dank!

You can easily use the passport 🙂

The Pass the Travel document par excellence. 😊

That we do not have to buy a passport for expensive money for travel within the EU is a very pleasant relief – and an exception from the rule.

The passport counts as well as the identity card as a document of identification.

Of course you can use the passport. Both are within the EU. Outside the EU only passport

There are no passport controls inside Schengen, you just need an ID document to check in on site if you check in online at the LH no something. However, you probably need something for boarding in Italy for return flight.

But yes, of course the passport goes for all of this. Otherwise, people who are not German citizens could not fly 😀
