Hi, I ordered a set with a pulley, flywheel, and kickstarter driver and installed everything. But when I reattached the variator cover and tried to kick the kickstarter, the kickstarter went down incredibly hard and jammed somewhere halfway through. Now two teeth on the flywheel have broken off. Did I do something wrong, or can someone help me? I drive a Piaggio TPH 50, built in 1998.

I could imagine two mistakes.
– The installed set has the wrong dimensions.
– The V-belt was completely outside on the coupling side and therefore it blocked on the Variomatic side, which is screwed onto it. So the V-belt might be stuck in between and you didn’t completely screw the fan wheel with the disc against the bush.
