LSD rainbow text effect?

Hello, I took LSD (150 micrograms) and for hours I saw every text, for example on my phone, like WhatsApp, or the names of apps, in a strange way. Like they glowed or looked blurry, even though my eyes weren't watering. And they had a kind of rainbow effect. The letters seemed to be colorful, or at least behind them. They also wiggled slightly, like they moved or swung. Or the individual letters tilted slightly to the left and right.

Is this a normal visual LSD effect?

This is one of the typical effects that LSD can have on visual perception. Here is an overview: LSD > Subjective effects, https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/LSD#Subjective_effects

General information about the typical effects and side effects as well as the risks associated with consumption can also be found here: https://drugscouts.de/lexikon/lsd

Yes, because the drug lysergid (LSD) acts in the brain and in the central nervous system and acts psychic. It comes to visual effects and hallucinations. you see and hear things that are not real. The following things in consumption are important to avoid trouble.

  • Proper dose (50-250 ug)
  • Set & Setting (Positive Mood and Environment)
  • No mixed consumption
  • Not more often than 1 times a month
  • No driver
  • No drugs and LSD
  • A sober person should monitor you

It’s important that you don’t get scared when you experience something. Otherwise you risk a panic attack or a horror trip.

‘Optics’ belong to LSD like ‘Kartoffel’ to ‘bubbers’.

I would like to advise consumers to read ‘LSD – Mein Sorgekind’ by Albert Hofmann, the discoverer of LSD.

You take LSD, a hallucinogen, and then ask if it’s normal that you have hallucinations of it?

What did you think happened?

Yes, they are hallucinations. Pseudohallucinations. LSD does not trigger “real hallucinations”.

There are enough reports of similar hallucinations on the Internet.
