I ate at least 9 Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds over the weekend. However, I felt almost no effect. What could be the reason for this?

"Almost none" doesn't mean "no" effect. This is a natural product with fluctuating active ingredient levels. The amount accumulated during the growth period always varies slightly. Unless you've taken medication or other drugs that could negatively impact the effect, that's probably what caused it. Next time, 9 seeds might knock you off your feet.
