Somit ist erst einmal keine Ersatzausstellung möglich.
Zusatz: Falls es ein OnlineTicket gewesen war, kann man dieses erneut ausdrucken, da ja die “Legitimations ID” -immer- vorgezeigt werden muss.
Hintergrund:
Ist eine genaue Zuordnung nicht möglich, da Fahrscheine i.d.R. nicht personenbezogen sind bzw. keine personlichen Daten hierzu abgespeichert werden.

Ausnahmen gibt es bei Zeitfahrscheine.
Eine Erstattung des Fahrpreises (in bar) ist meistens möglich, somit fällt auch deshalb eine Ersatzausstellung aus, da ja “jedermann” die Fahrkarte zurück geben kann und dann das Geld erhält.
“Sorry” für diese schlechte Nachricht.
Aber es ist nun einmal so.

Ich hatte ein Ticket mit Platzreservierung, dieses dann bei der Fahrt, Rechnung dabei, Ticket weg.
Musste dann nochmal neues Ticket zahlen (welches dann fast 3x so viel kostete.
Bahn behauptet, ich krieg es nicht wieder erstattet. Kann doch wohl echt nicht sein. Rechnung konnte schließlich vorgelegt werden!!!

ich denke mal das hat die bahn ja gespeichert, also bekommst du sicher nen beleg das du ne karte hast und eine reservierung. geh mal auf bahn.de und schau dort mal, wenn da nix steht ruf mal an bei der hotline
Seit wann werden personenbezogene Daten beim einfachen Fahrkartenkauf gespeichert ? Ok, bei einem OnlineTicket ist es ja kein Problem, da die ID KARTE -immer- vorgezeigt werden muss und somit ein erneuter Ausdruck dem nicht im Wege steht.
Vielen Dank für die vielen Antworten! Ich war inzwischen in dem Bahnbüro, in dem ich die Tickets gekauft hatte. Die haben den ScreenShot noch gefunden, ausgedruckt und mit ein paar netten Worte samt Stempel der Bahn versehen. Und tatsächlich – wir sind die gesamte Strecke samt Rückfahrt (wenn auch zähneknirschend) durchgelassen worden! Wer hätte das gedacht – ein Hoch auf die Deutsche Bahn!
