Lost semester ticket, what to do?

There's a city tour today that I can't go on because I've lost my ticket. The first lectures start next week, and I have no idea how I'm going to commute every day at €14 per round-trip ticket. My family's money is about €40 max, which I can afford to throw out the window for something like this. I've reapplied for my semester documents; who knows how long that will take. Can I apply for some kind of replacement ticket from DB? I'm really lost at the moment. I don't have the stomach for insensitive realism at the moment, so please give friendly advice and not the "everyone knows that" answers. Thanks.

I can't tell you how long it takes to reapply the ticket, but maybe you can talk to DB.

Maybe they saved your records and can even give you your semester ticket faster.

Why don't you contact DB directly? This is the only place that can give you concrete information.
