Lost places legal oder illegal?

Wie verhält es sich bei Anzeigen wenn man ein verlassenes Haus mit offenen Türen und/oder Fenstern bettritt es allerdings keine Lebensanzeichen gibt. Ist das strafbar wenn keine Sicherheitsvorkehrungen oder Verbots schilder vorhanden sind? Und wüsste zufällig jemand lost places in unterfranken? Möchte nichts zerstören bin in einer Foto AG und wollte Fotos machen, weil ich solche Orte sehr interessant finde. Verwandte von mir haben ein verlassenes Haus habe dort auch schon Bilder gemacht ist richtig schön geworden.

In principle, the house peace break is, even if it is not completed. If you leave your apartment door open, you can’t just let everyone in. 😉

But here there is no plaintiff there is no judge, and in practice, the probability is rather low that you will be displayed at lost places.

I beg to differ.

Behind the (open) apartment door there is logically an apartment, so that § 123 StGB is clearly applicable.

However, this is not the case with an empty building, nor are there any business premises. So it would be necessary to clarify whether the lost place is a “satisfied possession”. In some cases this will be clearly affirmed, but not in others.
