So with a Simson from this year you can simply plug a wrench (black and best thin) into the ignition and then turn round and already the ding on vlt goes so easily with your Mofa

Depends on how this thing is built.

In Hercules/Sachs Prima models, for example, the ignition lock simply closes the lighting machine briefly, so that the ignition no longer works. In order to “make the lock” open the box that contains the lock, remove all cables from the ignition lock, insulate (!), reconnect box should work. (For: “Open switch” = ignition on.)

In order to make the thing out, you have to “choke” it (only in manual switching, because a centrifugal clutch, as used in automatic mode, simply slips through) or manually shorten the right cables.

Be careful. The light machines generate relatively high voltages without load. The “12 V” light machines from Sachs have output up to 100 V without load. So don’t sit around while the engine is running and please make sure you can’t touch the bare cables, because voltages above 50 V are potentially dangerous to touch!
