lose weight quickly?

hey everyone,

I'm currently on vacation and I have the strong feeling that I've gained a lot of weight. I've also thought my thighs are too big for a while now, and I don't know, I feel uncomfortable. It's even worse on vacation, and yes, I would like to lose weight very, very quickly, no matter how.

weigh yourself first and check your feeling. So you have a measurable value. And then just about sports (a lot of stamina) and change of diet. All with a lot of discipline. And regular weight control and documentation

And even if you weigh 65 kg on your size, it’s not too much. I think your body is changing and becoming more feminine. And that’s normal and must be like that.
quickly decrease is never good anyway. Take healthy things to you and watch your move, then you do something good

And in your weight class, muscle building is best suited. It is best if you convert the increased kilos into muscle mass. Try it with training such as yoga or pilates. Exercises with your own body weight. Use fitness equipment e.g. in the sports studio or even cheaper at home (horts, terrabands etc.)
