Lose weight and build butt muscles at the same time?
Hi, I want to lose weight but build muscle in my butt at the same time. What should I do? I don't want to eat too little and thus not build muscle, but I also don't want to eat too much and not lose/gain weight.
I’ve been driving all over the bike for the last six years and it helped me.
I don’t know how far your trails are, but a bike tour over 20 km every second weekend would have to help you.

If you want to lose weight, you should make a calorie deficit of about 200 – 400 kcal and track your calories best to keep an overview (for example, I use Yazio).
However, if you want to get or build next to your muscles, you should definitely be careful to eat enough proteins. I eat about 2g / Kg body weight. And training is of course very important!
So you lose all fat and do not lose muscle mass. If you are a training starter (less than 2 years of training), you can also build muscle mass next to the weight loss.
I hope I could help you:)
Age, size weight? And this information would be grossly negligent to give tips. At least when it comes to weight loss.
Bin 16, approx. 160 and approx. 55kg
Then congratulations on the normal weight. You don’t need to take off. Therefore, there are absolutely no tips for taking off. Wyou don’t care about sports and eat your daily consumption of calories. Then you don’t get too and with the right workouts you will shape your body, which will make you look leaner automatically
You shouldn’t go into the deficit, but just drive your daily needs food and sports. Then you come to the deficit alone, which would not be necessary. you really like to have muscle build-up in excess of calories. You mean you should take more calories than you actually consume. As an absolute beginner, you can build minimal muscles even if you only take your daily needs to you or are in the very slight deficit, but that would be you if you take your regular daily needs to you and consume additional calories over the sport.
Would a slight calorie deficit go? Bzw. is it even possible to build muscles with calorie deficit?
Yes, however, this is only due to the fat to the muscle distribution. And on the other hand, you can only do what if you do sports but is normal and thus build muscles. Then your body fat content sings but then muscles increase, and then you look different with the same weight, in nine out of ten cases more defined. but this does not go from today to tomorrow and needs time, a reasonable training several times a week and of course a reasonable diet.
I know my weight first sounds normal, but every body is differently constructed so with another person 160 and 55kg may look different from me and as it is with me I just want to lose weight 🙂
Hello then do as you think it’s right, you just get muscles you don’t eat from the many, otherwise all thickness muscles would be what’s wrong,
But don’t you have to combine eating and training? So I can build muscles even though I eat less?Everyone says something else
no that all believe, but not, it is enough Tgl. to eat 25g milk and meat products, the rest normal diet, with me also went, did not spend extra money,
Thank you for helping me!!💞💞
mine has not become flat either because I have a hollow cross, try it with smaller portions, but the problem with when it is flat and you are invited to a feast is your bauch ruck zuck full, with me it is also so,
Thanks! But just want a flat belly, which I definitely didn’t have haha
Of course, I’ve also taken off the weight loss it certainly took 5 years, but you don’t have to lose weight anymore, I’ve seen your weight is ok, muscle build-up should focus on it.
Did you also lose weight while you built muscles? If how long did it last for you for what results? :€
You have to pay attention to what you eat… Look at how many calories you should eat and go down to 200 calories as well as think about what you can eat to take enough protein but don’t increase too many calories…
You shouldn’t lose weight with your values.
But if you’re just training a muscle group, you’re in a couple of years of continuous orthopedic.
Every body is differently built and my values can’t you know exactly how it is with me. In any case, weight loss would not be unhealthy or similar to me
You are about normal weight range for your size. I don’t give any picks…
I also train other things, but focus on Po
