Lose weight and build butt muscles at the same time?

Hi, I want to lose weight but build muscle in my butt at the same time. What should I do? I don't want to eat too little and thus not build muscle, but I also don't want to eat too much and not lose/gain weight.

I’ve been driving all over the bike for the last six years and it helped me.

I don’t know how far your trails are, but a bike tour over 20 km every second weekend would have to help you.

If you want to lose weight, you should make a calorie deficit of about 200 – 400 kcal and track your calories best to keep an overview (for example, I use Yazio).

However, if you want to get or build next to your muscles, you should definitely be careful to eat enough proteins. I eat about 2g / Kg body weight. And training is of course very important!

So you lose all fat and do not lose muscle mass. If you are a training starter (less than 2 years of training), you can also build muscle mass next to the weight loss.

Then congratulations on the normal weight. You don’t need to take off. Therefore, there are absolutely no tips for taking off. Wyou don’t care about sports and eat your daily consumption of calories. Then you don’t get too and with the right workouts you will shape your body, which will make you look leaner automatically

You shouldn’t go into the deficit, but just drive your daily needs food and sports. Then you come to the deficit alone, which would not be necessary. you really like to have muscle build-up in excess of calories. You mean you should take more calories than you actually consume. As an absolute beginner, you can build minimal muscles even if you only take your daily needs to you or are in the very slight deficit, but that would be you if you take your regular daily needs to you and consume additional calories over the sport.

Yes, however, this is only due to the fat to the muscle distribution. And on the other hand, you can only do what if you do sports but is normal and thus build muscles.
