Lose weight after 5 days of binge eating?

For the past five days, I've been binge-eating, consuming 2,500-3,000 calories. I'm not eating because I'm hungry, but simply to punish myself because I know how bad I'll feel afterward. I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day because I feel so disgusting. How can I lose the weight quickly?

I’ve been exactly the same for the last few days. Just try to forgive these eating attacks and continue with your normal diet the next day. Try to eat enough food that sown you so that this desire for more food stops. Take off between meals and do not try to hoke at home all the time, surrounded by food.

This seems to me to be a psychological problem if it lasts longer, I would possibly make a therapy.Rede with your family doctor about it, he is the first contact person, I say again and again.lg

I have now taken 27 kg in 10 months without doing sports. I walk an hour a day and swim for 90 minutes a week. I only take off because I want it to be 100% and disciplines it. Of course I have cravings on certain things, but my weight is more important to me. If it doesn’t click with you and you don’t stop lying to yourself, you won’t be able to. What does it take to eat disciplined for a week and then eat everything in you again?
