Lose weight?

Hello, I was on a diet before and lost a few kilos, and now I've heard about intermittent fasting. I've decided on the 16/8 method, which means I eat between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., and then I fast. What can I eat and what can't I eat? I hope you can help me. How much weight can I lose that way? I plan to go from 67 to 55. How long will it take?

My tip is to buy either a specialist book, for example this: Interval fasting, or here at an expert. For lanaprinziip there is also a forum where you can ask questions.
