I like milkshakes in the summer, especially if you make ice cream and mix everything in the blender into some sort of milk slushi. I’m getting a little ice cube.

Especially with fresh berries, strawberry and blueberry are my favorite or other fruits. The advantage of mixing with ice: if you take fruits where the milk easily flocks you do not notice it through the ice, so you can also mix with, for example, mango and pineapple to milk or other exotic fruits. In addition, the ice has more volume and thus less calories per 100ml while still good fresh taste.

Best Wheyprotein powder in flavor vanilla or chocolate. Then mix with milk. Optional also ice cubes.

It’s enough to cover your protein needs in part and there’s little sugar in it.

Wanted milk mix drink?

In the summer fantastically taste milk sauces that are not so sweet. I like lemon or orange mixed with butter milk (but only goes with butter milk, not with normal milk, because the germs would).

Low calorie do you like them, or rich in protein, as a meal substitute or anything?

Aromas are suitable for the taste if the calories are no matter what and it should be rich in nutrients then cocoa, protein powder, instant oats, good vegetable oils, mixed fruits and nuts…

A cup of yogurt (with or without fruit preparation) diluted with sprudeling, splashing tap water.

No thickeners.

Alternve to yogurt from milk: yogurt from soybean.
