Looking for an alien invasion game from the 90s?

Hi, I'm looking for a computer game that was released in the 90s.

I played this game back in the day on Win98. But I forgot the name of the game.

Setting = An alien invasion on Earth. The Earth's landscape is already severely destroyed (buildings, etc.).

You control the defense from a command station via a hub, sending out combat helicopters, tanks, etc., and displaying them on an overview map.

BUT !=> You could also control the vehicles in 3rd person view or from inside.

I think the graphics were already outdated back then.

As I said, not a game from the 2000s or later.
