Looking for a switching actuator with WiFi function?
Hello dear community,
I want to operate a 3D printer that only has WiFi in a room without WiFi reception.
Therefore, I am looking for a switching actuator that can access the Internet via an Ethernet cable and set up a usable WiFi network.
I would then like to control this via the Fritzbox and supply the printer with power and WiFi and switch it off via the Fritzbox when it is not in use, so that it has as little or no standby consumption as possible.
Thank you very much for hopefully many great advice:)

First, grid separation is the best power saving circuit. So: Plug pull if not needed…
Without Wi-Fi reception, use a device with Wi-Fi only if you expand the WLAN network. This goes with “WLAN via the power grid” or WLAN amplifiers. WLAN via the power grid: a device is connected directly via LAN cable to the Fritzbox. The second device then sends a separate signal with which you can operate the printer, provided that it is connected to the same phase after the current meter. So an independent Wi-Fi network…
I have a dlan set, but I want to work completely without or with minimal standby loss. The set of Devolo consumes in standby both devices 8W Plus 1.4W Wlan socket to turn off the printer.
