Look good even though sober?

I've been taking the drug ecstasy/emma fairly regularly (every month) for about two years. Some people might know that the corners of my mouth droop when I consume it, especially when I'm already well into it. For me, it's gotten to the point where, even though I'm sober (!!), my mouth corners droop. Not all the time, only when I'm concentrating. I wanted to ask what that could mean exactly, because I haven't found anything specific about the topic of drooping mouth corners online. Of course, I know drugs are bad and all that; I know the standard stuff myself. I'd be interested in more expert knowledge on my question, thanks. ^^ Regards
