Unfortunately, we only have an outdoor arena, which isn't easy to access in the winter. I usually do V/A lungeing. I used to do it with a bitless bridle, but I've heard it's not as good. Is a knotted halter better? I usually use that for my horse when walking, because we only have hills, where you can't lunge normally. Is there an alternative to lunging? And then a knotted halter or cavesson?
