Lohnt sich trennungs geld?
Hallo 🙂
Folgende Situation habe die Möglichkeit trennungsgeld bei einer neuen arbeitsstelle zu beantragen! Da ich mehr als 30 km weit entfernt von der dienststelle wohne. Mich würde interessieren ob sich das lohnt da ich ja am jahres ende in der steuer Erklärung sowieso einen weg mit 0.30 euro pro Kilometer erstattet bekomme! Besser gesagt ob sich das trennungs geld auf die Erstattung vom Finanzamt auswirkt? Oder wird dort irgendetwas verechnet ?

You don’t get 30 cents refunded, but these 30 cents reduce your “taxable income”. So you only receive the tax rate contained in it. And you have to reach the €1,000 package first.
And you’ll only get temporary compensation. Then you’re expected to move.
