Hat jemand damit Erfahrungen gemacht? Lohnt sich das evtl. finanziell, oder hat man dennoch hohe Eigenkosten?

It is definitely worth it!
With Kindle you have no costs. But then no advertising is made. And without advertising, the book will not sell. So if you haven’t already built a good social network, you can publish a book, but without real gains.
