Is this PC worth it?

Hey people,

I wanted to buy a new gaming PC and came across the PC linked below at Baur (due to the good installment plan). I wanted to find out if anyone knows more about it than I do. Is the PC worth at least roughly the price? The installed CPU and GPU should be fine, as long as the aforementioned water cooling system is installed. The RAM seems a bit low, though, and I also find it a bit odd that the motherboard isn't specified in more detail.
