Is it worth it? Is it even necessary?

Hi, I'm 14 years old and I want to get into social media and earn money with it. I already mentioned it to my father, and he replied that he'd rather learn more about it with a lawyer. So we looked for an attorney specializing in internet law, but a consultation costs around €200-€250. Do you think it's worth it? Is there another way to get more information about how minors can earn money with social media (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram)?

Thank you in advance :))

Start from the other side and try it first! Then you can still contact a lawyer later!

The lawyer will tell you that as a minor, you cannot conclude business contracts if the family court has not declared you fully viable. All your financial transactions on social media would be ineffective…

No… a lawyer is already necessary and quite cheap if you can make a fortune with TikTok and Youtube.

Let him in faith, after some time the knowledge will come from alone and he will notice that it is more than a few minutes to stand in front of the camera.

Of course you can try. There is an evaluation of which genres are most viewed on which platforms and how much a successful influencer deserves. Simply inform yourself on the internet…
