An easy-to-understand reason why you can earn better in the long term with a shipping company than with others is decarbonization, and there Moeller-Maersk has the nose in front. Moeller-Maersk is building a series of container ships with engines from MAN Energy Solutions, which can be operated climate-neutral with green methanol. In this way or with ammonia, the climate-new sea transport will have to look in the future, the increasing cost of allowances (pollution rights) leaves no other choice. The competitors, including Hapag-Lloyd, just talk about them, they’re not ready yet.

In the short term, however, such shares are influenced by the up and downturn of the world economy, and a forecast is difficult. I have shares of Moeller-Maersk, and they’re very bad at the moment. You could, of course, put the end of it, now you’re a good time to come in. Take a look at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the course since 2015 and the unusually high dividend.

I don’t think you’re serious about the fact that you can get so high shares that you can go along with. It’s enough for me to have visitors on a port tour here in Hamburg and get to know them: Look, the baby blue container ship over there belongs to me – a little at least.

Thanks for the detailed comment. I’ve loved APMM for a long time, but I’m still investing nihct. Fortunately, because after that they fell really deep (January). Unfortunately, because they have risen well.
I’m very inconclusive of how it develops. It’s quite volatil with 50% fluctuation.
Grade in view that you don’t know what happens to China / Taiwan.

I find a military robbery of the PRC in Taiwan unplausible. That’s what Xi could have done. I think Trump will not give him a green light. I believe that the PRC is investigating high-pressure opportunities for non-military Taiwan, with IT war, internal destabilization, isolation with the help of the BRICS states.

Hello hnugmi,

as a major shareholder, you will not only get a coffee with the captain at a view of the ocean, but also a foot massage, breakfast to the bed and a towel. A fresh pineapple for yourself on every second Tuesday.

No, you’ll get your own suite with balcony and sea view as a big shareholder, as well as your own assistant who’s only there for you.

You’ve made your fortune. Have gas stations, coffee houses, fleet companies and a lot of houses and apartments.
