Is it worth buying a new CPU because I get fps drops in Fortnite when I move my mouse?

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForceRTX 4060 Ti

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor

Mouse: Razer Viper V3 pro (it might be because I set my mouse to 8000 Hz and my CPU is too slow for that, but I don't know if that's true)

no is not worth it, because even with high-end hardware these drops have

Fortnite is and remains poorly programmed

You can also put ne 5700x3D from me when your board is designed for it, but I don’t think it’s really what brings

update your UEFI and configure it hard, keep your win on the current stand and update the drivers for chipset as well as GPU on the current version, more can not do with Fortnite, except for Gsync deactive and so lay on the settings until it (maybe evtl) no longer lies

No. whether you now have 200noder 300 FPS in fortnite doesn’t matter.

if you want more FPS place all settings on Off/ low

that can happen but much more decisive is the hardware and software
