Lohnpfändung trotz p konto?
Guten Tag ,
Wie oben schon steht würde ich gerne wissen , ob man mir meinen Lohn pfänden kann trotz einem Pfändungsschutzkonto. Mein Freibetrag liegt derzeit bei 1.911€. Aber ich gehe mal schwer davon aus damit das eine mit dem anderen rein gar nichts zu tun hat. Wissen tu ich es aber nicht sicher und Frage hier deshalb euch. Verdienen tu ich ca 1.800€ im Monat. Würde mich über Antworten freuen da es mich echt verrückt macht. Vielen Dank

A Pfändungschutzkonto does not protect against the denomination.
It guarantees only the inviolability of the individual monthly allowance amount.
Inflows of payment or therefore can be used in a fundamental manner.
Your net income shouldn’t happen much.
Okey then means that much can’t really take me if at all with this net income. Thank you for your answer
Benefits above the allowance are payable income.
Okey and how is the allowance regulated there?
