Lohnfortzahlung?

Guten Morgen zusammen,

Ich bin auszubildende in einem Klinikum.

Noch bin ich in der Probezeit und musste mich im ersten Monat 1 Woche krankschreiben.

Die Verwaltung hat mich dann daraufhin angesprochen und meinten :

”Sie können nicht einfach im Ersten Monat schon von der Arbeit fernbleiben, dass wird von Ihrem Lohn abgezogen”

Nun sollte ich mich bei meiner Krankenkasse melden.

Wie läuft das ab und was genau muss ich tun?

In the first four weeks of an employment relationship, you have no entitlement to wage advancement in the event of illness. If you don’t think of it without any revenue, the health insurance fund jumps here and pays you sickness for these days. This is less than your regular salary or Your remuneration, but still much more than nothing!

However, you have to take care of the application for the sickness benefit. Call the hotline of your health insurance, they can tell you what you need to do where and how!

It’s 70% of the salary.

And it is important whether the employer is in contact with the sickness fund or not.

If he does, you don’t have to worry about it normally, except for giving the employer all medical messages.

The FS writes that he was told by the employer that he should contact the health insurance company. This is obviously not done by the AG.
