Logical error in the questionnaire, or what does that mean?

I have a quick logic question:
In 7.a the monthly rent (including additional costs) should be entered and in 7.c the additional costs again 😀
For 9, I'd have to calculate 7a+b+c. Then I'd have double the additional costs. ^^
Isn't that totally illogical? How would you do that? I would have simply entered the rent without additional costs in 7a. Or are other "additional costs" meant in 7a?

I would say c) is only to fill if you are owner. (a) is of course not to be filled and only the AfA is entered under (b). In this respect, it is also said that the first under c) is asked for the interest for the purchase.
haha, yes that makes sense. The “c)” would have been able to give themselves to mMs 😀
