Location is displayed despite mailbox?

Hello, my girlfriend is sleeping and asked me to wake her up. I just tried calling 10 minutes ago, but I got a voicemail message right away. I was able to see her live location on "Where is?" 10 minutes ago, even though she only has a check mark, and the voicemail only answers. Now it just says "your address, 11 minutes ago."

how does it work ?
does she have her cell phone turned off?
Or how does it all work?

Maybe she activated the “sleep” focus. Then there’s usually no call.

Try: Call when Mailbox goes on, start and call directly. I don’t know.
