I have a problem. I have requested a debt consolidation loan from the German bank.
I also received an offer at home.
I then called and told them that I would not sign the contract because it would have cost me more.
They said the contract wouldn't come into effect until I signed it.
Now the German bank has simply paid off the two loans without my consent and without my wanting this.
What can I do about it? I'm totally clueless.
