Liver instead of fruit and vegetables?

Is it true that liver contains the most vitamins and should therefore only be consumed occasionally, otherwise you'll oversupply yourself with nutrients? If that's true, it's like a cheat code, and you'd only need to eat liver occasionally to get all your vitamins? That would be much easier than eating fruits and vegetables every day…

The fat-soluble vitamin A is stored in the liver and can cause serious problems to death when overdosed. In medicine one speaks ofHypervitaminosis. Nutrition-related hypervitaminosis can occur practically only through vitamin A from liver or liver tran. The monitoring report 2016 of the Federal Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) has now shown that bovine, pork and lamb or sheep livers have such high levels of vitamin A (average 23.0 mg of vitamin A/100g of liver) that this can lead to health damage, at least in case of permanent consumption in high doses.

As Paracelsus said:

“All things are poison, and nothing is without poison; only the dose makes that a thing is not poison.”

In liver, not all vitamins, but only very specific. You still need fruit and vegetables. Vitamin C is not present at all in liver, for example.

Liver should not be eaten too often because it may be enriched with harmful substances. But it is always safe.

In the case of bio, the load is much lower. But the main food should not be liver. But recommended in connection with a varied diet. Eat yourself liver, so once a month.

A liver decomposition should be treated by the doctor. Anyone who is often liver, and also of blood from mass animal hare, takes part in the chemical cocktail of antibiotics and hormones. Have fun!

Since when is antibiotics or hormones in meat or liver?

This is controlled, and the punishments are so high that no farmer gives animals to the slaughterer where something is in it.

Yeah, I know. Otherwise I wouldn’t have answered.

Hormones have not been used for at least 30 years. Antibiotics are used. In cows and pigs, individual animals are treated that are sick. In chickens, the whole stable is also treated over the feed. But there are waiting times until slaughter so that antibiotics are no longer in the slaughter. And this is also controlled. And if something is found, the punishment is so high that no farmer takes the risk.

Liver contains a lot of vitamin A, so you should not eat it too often. On an ice-bear liver, for example, one would poison himself with vitamin A.

The liver is also regarded as the so-called “detoxification organ” – also in so-called “detoxification organ”. “Use”…

Any questions?

The liver cleanses blood from poisons. But slowly. You eat the stored poisons.

The liver works slowly. You are the poisons of the animal in addition to your poisons, your liver gets more work until the harmful substances are eliminated again.

The liver of animals from mass livestock also contains all possible substances that are not so healthy.

That’s what I do. From time to time, liver is certainly not bad. Especially in winter, then you don’t have to swallow extra vitamin D. This is very well contained in the liver.
