My administrator (Windows 10) has disappeared, probably after an update. I can now use programs neither install nor uninstall . This happens when WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) has been activated. Apparently, the docker did this automatically because you probably installed it. The whole thing is a technical dependency on Docker and you can ignore it.
