Administrator disappeared?
My administrator (Windows 10) has disappeared, probably after an update. I can now use programs neither install nor uninstall . Some program icons on the desktop have a small icon on the right, they won't start now!! I can no longer access my user account, so I can't change anything there! Sincerely, Dieter Henkel.
This happens when WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) has been activated. Apparently, the docker did this automatically because you probably installed it. The whole thing is a technical dependency on Docker and you can ignore it.
